When will I receive my joining instructions?
Joining instructions will be sent through to the course booker via email within 24 hours of booking.
Will lunch be included?
Lunch will not be provided unless otherwise specified on the joining instructions.
Our Newark (NG24 2TN) venue has a canteen on site.
What are the course start and end times?
This will vary by course and will be confirmed on your joining instructions. Please contact us if you are unsure and we will advise.
Can a name be altered on a booking?
A name change can occur at any time free of charge, however, any costs incurred by Dynamic Training will be passed onto the customer. For CPCS changes, we request at least 48 hours notice and any changes to be made in writing to info@dtacourses.co.uk.
