This Level 3 NVQ recognises the competence of learners who specialise in testing and inspection in the construction industry.

On completion of the NVQ and a CITB Operatives Health, Safety & Environment Test (minimum requirement) you will be able to apply for a NPORS Blue Competent Operator Card.
