In-House / Bespoke Training

Training Built Around Your Business

Our in-house training courses offer a cost-effective, flexible, and highly valuable training solution, delivered at your site or at our dedicated training centres. Designed around your specific needs, every course is crafted and delivered by experienced operators and qualified trainers with the skills, expertise, and knowledge to train your team effectively.

What is In-House Training?

Off-the-shelf courses don’t always fit real working environments. Our in-house training is built around your operation — your site, your equipment, and your team’s day-to-day tasks — so what’s learned in the training room translates directly to safer, more capable work.

Whether you need a single course for a small team or an ongoing training programme across your workforce, we’ll tailor the content, schedule, and delivery to suit you.

Bespoke Training

Who Is In-House Training For?

Our in-house training suits a wide range of needs, including:

  • New starters requiring core qualifications before working on site

  • Teams upskilling into new plant, equipment, or roles
  • Contractors requiring site-specific inductions or compliance training

Whatever stage your workforce is at, we’ll build a course around it.

Why Choose In-House Training?

  • Cost-Effective –Reduce travel costs and lost working hours by hosting training at your own location.
  • Flexible – Flexible scheduling and tailored content mean training fits into your operation, rather than disrupting it.
